2050 Call Notification Pop Up

We are testing the i2050 ver 3.03.0010 for possible implementation but cannot get the Incoming Call Notification pop-up to display the caller information. The desired information shows on the i2050 display but not in the tray pop-up.

try changing ADD to TDD

I tried CLS TDD and it still isn't working. Can someone post an i2050 setup where the call notification works?

Depending upon the version of CS 1000 software you are running, you may need PEPs installed. There are some details of these in the 2050v3 Product Bulletin.
