2033 factory reset help!!

Anyone know the factory reset string for the 2033 Conference set?
We attempted to upgrade the FW and it is now stuck at "LOADING: Loading Boot Parameters"

CS1K rls 5.5 2033 was s10 and got it to s18 then attempted s77 and here we are!

I thought the reset string went something like "mute+up+down+up+down+7+3+7+3+8+mute+goodbye"

Or is there a key sequence to get me to a screen I can point it back to a TFTP server?

This works on the other IP phones, try it out and see.

With UNIStim firmware release 3.0, and greater, the following keypad
