201i rls 5.0 channels disabling

CS 100e call pilot 201i rls 5.0 channels start disabling one or 2 at a time then almost all of them must reset Call pilot to get them to come back up. Is there a patch out there that I am unaware of to fix this issue?

Not sure on that but you will need to patch upto 5.1.4 just to see as if you open a case its the first thing they will request.
