Has anyone loaded Pc Anywhere on a 201i release 4.0? Do you see any problem?

No, you can't run PCAnywhere on those 201i servers running release 4.0 or 3.0. Just can't handle it....

You'll need to use Remote Desktop instead.

Thanks sandyml,

Thats what I heard but could not find any doc's to prove it.

There is a product bulletin, 2005-026 I believe, that came out with 3.0. Since then, I've seen it scattered around in other documentation.

I believe there is also a bulletin about not being able to use remote desktop when connected via a dial-up modem. This pretty much leaves you with webex support for remote access to the desktop of a 201i.....

Hope this helps
Rob

I haven't really had much difficulty with dial-up for remote desktop. There are specific instructions in that bulletin, though I found them a little corn-fusing...ended up having to doublecheck the doublespeak, so to speak...
