New customer just called. Have not seen the system myself yet, but they claim that they are unable to clear alarms from the system.
Per customer, guest dialed 911 from pool phone. Front desk cleared the 911 alert alarm from console then system froze up and rebooted.
Since this, the system goes into a "reboot loop" where the system comes up, provides 911 alert. They clear the alarm, freezes and reboots again.
Solution?
