New install 200 ICP 5.0 Attendant answers incoming call (TRK 1 on AMB) transfers to outside number (TRK 2 on AMB) 3 way conference OK. When Attendant releases trk 1 and trk 2 conference but the howl on the connection makes it impossibloe to talk. I have run the diagnostics with results YELLOW and ERL in the range -8.5 to -9.5. I'm thinking that this is a telco issue but not sure.
