2008 Web server + 2003 SBS AD

I'm looking to add a new server to deliver intranet to the company - this will migrate from the existing 2003 SBS.
Part of the site uses AD for authentication - will the 2008 Web server be able to join the 2003 AD Tree?

Yes a Windows 2008 server can join a Windows 2003 domain.
