2008 SBS locked up, cant run admin tools 1

Hello, brand new Dell T610 out of the box.

I completed the install that they did and filled in the required info.

None of the admin tools work, dns, dhcp, you click on it and it just locks the server up. I even right click and select run as administrator and no luck.

I am unistalling the back up software as that is the only software I installed to see if that can help.

Any ideas from anyone?

DO NOT UNCHECK IP 6, from your NIC
