We have a virtual (vmware) Server 2008 R2 running remote desktop services. Remote users are using Quickbooks as a Remote App.
The problem we are having is that logged in users experience a hang (10-20 seconds) when another user logs in or logs out of the Remote Desktop server. The session remains connected, however users cannot click on anything or type anything.
There are no error messages logged in the system logs.
This problem occurs regardless of whether the users are using the RemoteApp or are logged into a normal Remote Desktop session.
We have been trying to solve this problem for months. Any suggestions?
