2008 R2 Upgrade and DFS

Hi

We are in the process of upgrading our 2003 Domain to 2008 R2.

We are ready to run ADPREP and have new Boxes loaded with 2008 R2 ready to become the DC's

One question I have is that our file servers are 2003 Standard Server (NOT R2) and we have DFS working on them.

We plan to upgrade our File Servers later but in the meantime having a 2008 R2 Domain will our DFS be affected as its on 2003 ?
