Has anyone been able to use NLB for printing in 2008?
I have set the DisableStrictNameCheckingand DisableLoopbackCheck options in both servers' registries.
I've created file shares on both servers and can browse and open files using the clustername so NLB works, right?
I'm unable to connect to any of the shared printers in the NLB cluster using either the cluster IP or clustername.
I can connect to the shared printers using the LAN IP. Each server has 2 NIC's one for LAN and one for NLB setup in Unicast - all ports.
We are using the same solution elsewhere on 2003 R2 servers and it works fine. Could this be a 2008 printing issue?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
