Do you need admin rights to create a trusted location in 2007. It can be a P-I-A if you work corporate...

I dont think so, create a filename.reg file in notepad with the following:
Code:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Access\Security\Trusted Locations\DbName]
"Description"="DbName"
"Path"="C:\\Path1\\Path2"

then have your user run this, or have it run as part of the install process.
This will set the location of your database as a trusted location

NB: DbName = your database name
