My problem is the reverse of the previous poster. I have a 2007 database and I'm trying to export a contact list to Outlook. Looking at the import requirements of Outlook 2007, for some crazy reason Access 2007 is not listed. Only Access 2003 is listed there as a potential source.

Is there some way that I can export one particular table as .mdb, and then import that into Outlook?

I have not done this with the versions you have but in general the process would be to create an Access 2003 file (older version) and then from within the Access 2007 file (newer version) export the table to the target older database...

If you have hiccups, an alternative would be to create the table in the older file, link it into the newer version and append the records from new to old.

Thanks. Since I posted I played with that. I didn't mention that it's SQL as well. I tried and ran into a whole bunch of problems with the earlier version, and I've opted to export to Excel and then import from there. It's inelegant, but it seems to work so far. I can't imagine that Outlook 2007 would ignore Access 2007. Makes no sense to me!

Thanks for your help. It seemed to be just too much of a pain in Access, and Excel seems to work a little better.
