OK,
I have a DB with 2 forms. both have a detail segment only. I also have a table with 8 forms imported into the DB as attahments. Ther fromt end is seperate from the DB. Nothing difficult so far (well, the rest isn't either, but....)
The table has 2 fields, ID (Auto), Desc, Attachment and Long Desc. I had a blip and the auto number goes 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9.
On 1 form, i have managed to get 1 attachment, but forgot as it was ages ago. on the other form, I want to have the links to the other 8 forms, but 1 for each form. I have tried doing existing fields and double clicking "attachment column to produce a box on the form, tried using the paper clip to create the link to the form etc., but all to no avail. When i have got anywhere, it only offers me the record with Auto-Number 1 (which is already on form 1). Cananyone tell me how to use the design view to add 7 seperate entries on thre form (for each of those not added so far) so i can have them on the 1 formand not use the scroll bck / fwd buttons?
