2007 compatibility pack -> right-click option in explorer

We use Office XP and 2003 and have installed the 2007 compatibility pack on many machines. We've discovered that it has added an option in the Windows Explorer right-click menu (Save As) when selecting an office file like Excel. We're finding that when some files are converted they don't work. We just want to remove the "Save As" right-click option from Explorer.

Does anybody know where that lives in the registry?
