2005 Express to 2008 Express R2

Hi,

I have a Great Plains install running on 2005 Express. I am wanting to move it over to a new server running 2008 Express R2.

I know 2008 Express R2 is fairly new, but I was wondering if anyone has tried to move a database from 2005 Express to 2008 Express R2 and how it went for them.

What exactly are the steps I would need to perform in order to move a database from a machine with 2005 Express to another machine with 2008 Express R2?

Any insights or a hyperlink would be greatly appreciated!
