2004 will not boot up

I got a BCM50 that was upgrade to 2.0 and the IP phones won't DHCP. My laptop will DHCP and my I2005 phone will work but the I2004 will not. I have tried three 2004 phone and they all do the same It kepts saying LLDP not revieced.
I am lost

Have you tried reprogramming them? Disconnect, reconnect, press soft keys from left to right, enter programming and reenter info.

I 2050 uses your laptop IP address. Try the sets on partial DHCP.
