I have broadband with a wireless router.

I would like to setup a windows 2003 server at home.
Should i use the dhcp from the router or setup one up in 2003. I also need to put in an ip address. Should this come from the router.

For most basic home setups, DHCP from the router will work just fine, including to your server. It all depends on what you will be running really...

okay,

Do i have to still setup dns on the server adding the configuration from the router?

Your Cable/DSL router will have the DNS servers of your ISP listed and it should hand those out to your internal clients... here's the caviot: If you wish to have Internal name resolution, (PC -> PC inside your network) you will need DNS on the server. If you do not need this function, you can safely stick with the Internet DNS Server addresses and just use IP Addresses (or host file, etc) to get around your internal network.

If you use DNS on your server, i'd recommend a static address for the server, and hand out DHCP via the server as well and turn it off on the router.
