How would I go about getting a Windows 2003 server to log into an NT domain. The 2003 server does not have active directory. We are not using active directory.

Is it as simple as any other server accessing the NT domain, or do I need to do something different.

We want this 2003 server to be our file server so when we do upgrade to Active Directory we have files on a 2003 server not an NT server like it currently is. Out NT server is dying and we prefder not to make another NT server.
