I have 2003 sbs for a non-profit on a dell 400sc, for sbs it is the DC (domain controller). I have an older gateway 7400 that had nt4 server that i clean installed 2003 standard. At first I had it in a seperate doamin, but then changed my mind and made it a member server of the DC. I used the dcpromo for this. Now I get a "messenger service" window pop up on all workstations saying memberserver does not comply with the licensing requirements. 2003 standard came with 5 cals and we bought 30 (only 15 needed)with the sbs. Any suggestions?
