2003 reskit on 64 bit servers?

DO any of the reskit tools work on 64 bit servers? MS says they are not "supported" which means they may or may not work. I just installed new 2003 R2 X64 servers and need to move files from the old nt server to a new 2003 server and keep the shares and acl's. robocopy apparently does this well on the x32 edition. Anyone know if it works on x64 or is there some other tool?
