2003 license server query

i am about to install 2003 terminal server in apps mode, obviously it will run as a member server as it has security issues being a DC. Is it possible to transfer the licensing server from the DC to the member server and if so are there and special requirements needed.

Does it simply transfer through sites and services....?

I cant find this info on the web.....
