2003 Domain rename

The company I used to work for has closed and a new company bought us out. New management wants the domain name changed on the server. How hard will that be? Should I just start over from scratch? Not a big network at all (5) Clients and a server. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for any help or suggestins.

There are some documented processes at Microsoft.com on how to do it.

For 5 clients and a server, I'd likely do things manually. YMMV.
