Within our office I have created public folders which are mail enabled. These all appeared to be woking correctly, i.e abc@companyname.com went to public folder abc.
The problem that has now arose is that the two users within the office who are using Outlook 2003 recieve an undeliverable response when they try to email to address. I am at a bit of a loss as the users can see the contact in their address lists, but according to the undeliverable response the address does not exist.
