2002p2 ip set is stuck in local mode 2

hi guys i have an ip set at one of the branch sites that is stuck in local mode. Not sure what to try , although customer has already tried to change tn's but it didn't work. sorry if i don't seem to have enouph info. but i am not too sure about this ip stuff.
 
forgot to say that it is registered in the branch office but not in the main office.
 
That is exactly what will happen when the phone won't register to the main office. I would imagine that maybe the programming was removed from the main office? They should only change to local mode in the event the connection to the main office is offline.
 
Check the motn and buid in the set config at the branch. The set has to be built as the correct set type in the main office. Also check that there is a routing entry in the NRS pointing to the main office endpoint for the buid.
