Hi All,
after a migration of a phone (3903 to 2002P2) I have the following problem.
This phone has a cfw to a mobile, and when receiving internal
call, appears mute. After about 10 seconds the call is forwarded to mobile.
With stat of the TN I haven't BUSY as I expected.

Why ? Can anyone help me ?

But, I've tried with 3904 and the forward is quick than 2002p2. (10 secs for ip and 4 secs for digital). Is it normal ? Because of routing of calls ?

You said you are forwarding this phone to a mobile phone. I have noticed a great variance in the length of time different mobile carriers take to provide ring-back when called.

Your delay may not be caused by the pbx, but could be coming from the mobile carrier.

I would try to track the call through the pbx. If you are using PRI for trunking, then you could turn on D-Channel messaging, place a test call, and watch the call progress.

Otherwise, set up a digital (or analog phone, or phantom) to CFW to the same mobile number as the IP phone, and see if there is a difference. I agree with Fletch though, the pbx does not process the call any differently based on the set type.
