2001 IP PHONE question

i have a 5.5 cs1k
i installed an ip 2001 in other country. the set is registerd and working internal so good.the problem when the user dial the access code for cot lines,it doesnt give dial tone for the external lines.
when i see the set at the element manager i see it takes port 5000.

when i trace the set after it just dial the access code i see talkslot :none


i made the latest firmware upgrade

i forgot to tell u when any one dial from outside and hear the welcome mesg and enter the ext number the call is established and voice so perfect

So you only have one 2001 doing this or do you have other IP phones?
If the other phones work fine please print out this 2001 AND a working phone - it could be something with the configuration on the phone build.
