2000ivs2 DSS

I know I have asked about this before but here I am again.My DSS does not transfer any Ext's,off hook or on speaker, BLF works fine.I am only using the DSS on campus only,I checked all programming and it all looks good.I even CCC all data on DSS and rebuilt it but to no avail.I have been thinking of B load and reinstall from my last back-up but can not get permission yet to do so,I hope soon.Any and all help is and has been appreciated.

What happened that is stopped working. The Fix of "B" Load and reload of the DB was a fix in the IVS2 days when upgrading revisions. When you say DSS does not work what happens?

1. Perform a database backup using MatworxIPS.
2. Write down the IVR number in CM F83>0 (30 characters).
3. B load the MP.
4. Reload the database using MatworxIPS.
5. Re-enter the IVR number from step 2.
The above proceedure should take no longer than 20 minutes if this is an IVS2.
