Hi there
Just a simple question. Couldn't find an answer in manuals.
Can 2000IPS get time and date from DATE Informational Element (4.5.15 Q.931) on ISDN supplied by CO?

To my knowledge it is not supported in that system. The SV9300 has NTP available.

Thanks belevedere
Yes, looks like that.
Just search several times through all available docs on 2000IPS - found nothing of that feature/

Remember that command line programming of the time on these is pretty simple so have you considered using something like a raspberry Pi to do this for you? it should be pretty easy to write a routine that periodically gets the time via NTP and simply pushes out the commands to log in and set the time!

Hi OzzieGeorge
Thanks for info
It's not a problem for me to update time amnually.
Just noticed in a trace that PTT sends DATE/TIME IE to PABX so just thought to use it as a date/time source.
