2000ips Display

The name of the person calling is not shown, only the extension number, can someone direct me in the right direction with the commands that allow name and number to show,thanks.It is a 2000ips with a CP-24.

Cmd 770 , 771 are fine, just not showing up on the display when a call is made only ext.#

Is this only happening on one station or system wide?

If it is system wide then check:

08>255:1

08>335:1
