2000IPS & 2400 IPX CCIS features 1

Dear Friends some clarifications on 2000IPS side when its connected with 2400IPS with CCIS link
1.Internal Missed call on 2000ips from 2400?
2.boss and secretary
3.call forward from 2000ips to 2400
4.ucd or hunting group?

Whilst I don't think I will be able to help. You haven't actually asked a question!

What do you want to know?

1. Feature is called Call History but I do not think it is available in 2000's started with the new version of the system SV8300. I could be wrong on this, if so someone will correct it.
2. Boss /Sec. is available but will not work across CCIS. The system needs to know that the Boss is on the line.
3.Call forwarding from the 2000 to the 2400 works. Dial your CF code and enter the desitnation make sure you see SET on the display and you should here a steady tone. If doing this from MatWorx in the destination enter XX,XX not just XXXX. The comma is necessary.
4. UCD and hunting will not work between systems. You can set an overflow type of hunt by fowarding the last number in the hunt group to the numbers in the other system.
