2000 or 2003 Terminal Server

I am contemplating upgrading my 2000 Terminal server to 2003 Server. It seems we are having issues with some applications because we are using 2000 Server instead of 2003. OK, here's my question:

What are some advantages of 2003 Terminal Server versus 2000 terminal server?

They're essentially the same, just be aware that you'll have to purchase all new CAL's for the 2003 server.

I think there are many new/improved features in 2K3 TS over 2K TS. Here is a link to some documentation to explain the improvements:
