2000 machines rebooting after anitvirus def update

Anyone having an issue where as soon as PC finished antivirus def update file the machine reboots and then reboots for a total of 3-4 times?

This happened after we downloaded definition files for 5/30 and it happened again when the other guy updated with
20030601-002-i32.exe

Happened on a 2000 PC with NAV 2000
