I have a NEC 2000(2)down. When I got on site the 8 port co card was flashing. I installed backup but when I do a reset co's start flashing again. In cmd E5 co's ok and cmd10 trunks are assigned.
What do you think is going on??

i take it you are backing up before a restart ???

You may need to reload your base software again. I have seen that before when I only had 48 port software loaded and I had a card in a slot past the 1st 48 ports. Atleast I think that is what was happening. You may only have to load your software keys loaded in f80>01,02,03,etc

Back to basics, have you actually got dial tone on these circuits? What ever brought down your system may have affected other services. Sorry if this is obvious but I once talked a guy through 30 mins of checks only to find he didn't have the equipment turned on.
