2000 IPS (ringing question)

The last 2 2000IPS that have been installed by our techs our co lines do not ring or flash when ringing in. We got it working but not sure how we did it. What command or commands controls the incoming lines that make them flash
and ring. Dial tone present when dialing out but thats all we have.

command 3002 and 3003 set to 02. command 3018 set each trunk to 0. Then make sure the trunks are assigned in 9000 and ringing in 9001 is set to a 1. Hope this helps.
