went to a customer site, and after doing a little checking, it looks like the system "lost" the IP Trunk licensing. Is there any way to get these licenses reproduced if the cd's are lost?

The only way to lose licenses is to delete them from the CPU. If you do not have the original CD/floppy disk and the registration number, you cannot do anything. The system is out of production and out of support.

Not sure of the legality but there is a third party who will cut licenses for these systems. I won't post details but you can ask around!
