We have a remote pim ccis over a pri that the caller id does not correspond with the assigned did. Each ext. has a different did assigned. When they call out only the sites main number shows up. Any or all help appreciated. Its a 2000ips cp-24 (we are not using the ip format at this time )

1212 and 1213 and 5005 are ok but still have the problem.Ext's work fine on site and over the T-1 its only their DID's are not showing up correctly over the PRI.Thanks

Sounds like an issue with the carrier overriding the ANI going out. Check with them.

Make sure CM 1325 for each station is set to a 1.
The carrier has the final say on the caller ID presented to the called party.
Do you have an ISDN analyzer?
Typically the 2nd last information element in the outbound ISDN setup message contains the outbound caller ID (Calling Party Number-information element 6C in hex).
You can also see this using the ISDN trace output from the CP24 though it is not recomended you use this unless you know what your looking for exactly. If you are a certified NEC dealer you can call the NTAC and they can run this remotely for you to identifiy the output.
