We have an NEC 2000 IPS w/ a CallCenterWorx ACD server running a 10-station call center. I have been tasked with adding Caller-ID based incoming agent-pc screen pop using TAPI.
I have googled TAPI with CallCenterWorx and some NEC sales literature refers to TAPI/TSAPI functionlity being part of CallCenterWorx - but I cannot find any technical documentation that validates this. I have asked our NEC vendor and they apparently have no more idea than I.
Any suggestions welcomed.
