2000 IPS Built-in SMDR on IP

Trying to send SMDR data through a CP24 MP card via IP. This is a NEAX 2000 IPS with series 3400 software. Here is what I can do: connect to Matworx using IP on my LAN; send SMDR data via RS-232 (port 0 on MP card), ping the CPU on my LAN.
So I connect my SMDR terminal to MP Card with TCP/IP and change CMD>0401>05> to 0, use port 60010 but get no SMDR information. I have tried different SMDR terminals to no avail, tried to telnet port to 60010 and found it closed. Any suggestions?

Make sure Command 4000-0 & 4000-1 are set to NONE. Command 08-800 set to 0.
