I have a 2000IPS on a T1 over fiber to my old 2400IMS. I am getting attenuation on all phones that are running off of the 2000. I hear that there is a setting that can be changed for the attenuation when it is being muxed. Any help would be appreciated

Need more information: Is the connection too loud? Is there echo on the call connection?

The problem exhists on the digital phones, they recieve incomming traffic fine its just that outbound transmit volume is very low. I have gone through the programming manual and have looked into volume controll. this does not help. We are running Dterm E series phones with Push to talk handsets. I have investigated the possibility that the handsets are incompatible with the Dterm E phones. The handsets are said to be compatible. I have not noticed any "echo" durring connection. Thank you for looking into this
