BL is going to install MOH on a 200, from what I see from the e-doc's I just need the Music on Hold Moduel, program a DNIC plid as my DMP R/O pair for input and V/S pair to the DNIC port

What Flavor of 200? an EL/ML with old software requires a DMP as you described. Newer software loads can use an ONS port as the input eliminating the DMP module completely. On the ICP there is just a Headphone jack on the back of the controller that is already programmed by default.
