200 light dropping calls

I have a customer who has a large hotel with a 200 Light in it.
In bay 1 there is a T-1 card and bay 5 as well.
Every morning around 9am Bay 1 looses it's msg link and guests cannot make calls nor can the property receive calls without resetting Bay 1.
We have replaced the Bay Control Card, The power supply, and the T-1 card and at 9:15 this morning it went down again.
Any ideas?

Does the Bay have any DNIC Sets

When you check faults on DNIC sets are there any cards maxing out at >255
