All admin extn's (with DID's) are recieving blank or busy tone VM messages. All other VM functions work fine. I monitered the VM system while calling an extn through the switch and directly. When I call and hangup anytime during the greeting sometimes the innovation sends a message and sometimes it doesnt. The extn and the trunk lines in the 200 ICP all hang up when the innovation picks up so thats not the issue. The INNovation even shows hangup, but sends the message and MWI anyway. It does not send a message everytime but a lot of the time. Any ideas?
