I don’t know why, for new installation of SX-200 ICP rel 4.0.1.11, but if I have BLF key of station and this station take CO line key, the BLF does’t work. If I take the prime key, the BLF work. And if I try at my office (on my SX-200), that work !!

Any suggestion !

Thank’s

on the remote site you need to allocate a monitored device within the remote busy lamp assignment which can be found in devices, IP Telephones Multiline IP Sets, Remote Busy Lamp - within there you should have all the extensions numbers.

You need to have an extension i.e. the reception phone that acts like a monitor.

Hope this helps

Andy

Andy4UK - He Is asking about a SX200, Not a 3300.

TechInter - I don't think the SX200 shows a busy lamp when usin Non-Prime lines including keylines, multicalls and CO lines. I'm only 70% sure. Been a long time since I tried.
