Hi all,

My client needs 200 extensions including 50 analogue stations and one PRI connection.
All extensions should have voice mail and need to integrate with 3rd party SMDR also.
What is the best system for this in Panasonic, I have installed Nortel BCM systems but I am new for Panasonic systems.

Appreciate your reply,
Regards,
Hari

Ok Atcom. Do I need licence or how will it work for voice mail?

Best to contact a Panasonic dealer in your area, this sounds like a fairly complex set up and yes, you will need a certified dealer to install and license the system for you.

You may be able to build out a TDE-200 with 256 port addressing and using IP ports along with the PRI and a TVx-200, but the TDE-600 is probably a better deal for the overhead. The voice mail system addresses 1024 mailboxes and up to 1000 hours out of the box. It needs no license, it's just expanded with digital cards for the number of ports you need.

The TDE systems require programming that the dealer needs to do.
