I have a 5540 IP console with 2 5340 sub attendant sets and it all works great, however, if no one is at the frontdesk, they want to be able to answer the console in an office that can hear it ringing. I know I cannot get the attendant extention in a pickup group, any help would be great!! Thanks..

Enable TAFAS during Day Service in the COS of the console. any set can then answer by using the TAFAS FAC or pressing a programmed night answer key.
Caveat - if the console also rings in night mode then pickup may not work.

I do not know precisely how the night key will function. I suspect it will not flash. the user must hear the ringing from elsewhere and choose to answer the call.
