Good Afternoon Team,
I've tried to locate the differences between the Aria line and the Serenade product line. It looks like the Serenade is just a newer version of the old VMX 200/300. I have an old VMX 300 which just runs and runs. What a great machine! I've read Avaya's PSN003385u, which talks about the Aria line, but I can't find anything regarding the 200/300 and any date issues like the 250. I'll continue to look at the Avaya site, but thought I would "send up a flare". Thank you in advance.
Frank

VMX 200/300 were the old versions (e.g. 7.1.4), that later was released as Serenade (S1, S2 and S3). Some hardware parts were swapped if you upgraded from VMX to Serenade, and new facilities were availble.
