Does anyone know of a resource to locate system errors NOT defined in Avaya docs??

I have a type 42 error with Data1= 2C

don't see a definition of that data bit in the manual.

Anyone run across that one or any direction to look would be MOST appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

It is a configuration error. Maybe you have found out of that yourself. My docs only go to 29 (HEX)and the mentioned error code DATA1 =2C. Sorry I cant help.

thanks. my docs are the same.... maybe someone else will get a lightbulb on this one...

From the release S.4.1 manual:

2c = SDL member configured to not receive messages
DATA-3 = User number

Ok, thanks. I'm not sure if i have a 4.1 manual... i'm checking.

so data3 = 00000025 Is that a hex that needs to be converted to decimal? if so that means the user is 37???

I REALLY appreciate your help. I am looking forward to using (and supporting) this board. Great resource!!

thanks again.

Just do the L M 0025 command at the @ prompt to have the user number converted to the actual mailbox number (depending on the Octel 200 software level).

Ok, still can't associate that data bit with a real mailbox number... hex 25 comes out as mailbox 37 using that command...

could anyone help a bit further. I'm almost there..

thanks a lot.
