200,000 emails -? outlook 1

does anyone know how i could stagger sending 200,000 emails. I need to send a mailshot to some customers, but i'm unsure how to do it, as a schedule or an automated process.

any pointers would be helpful

Be careful as you may well end up getting your email hoster blacklisted on a spam db.

You could look into postcast server, just google it.
