I have a 20+ page report and the odd pages are formatted oddly and have no actual text on them...I checked the properties on the headers and footers and I don't have any forced page breaks...

Is there a simple solution to this?

Sandy

It sounds like the width of something on your report exceeds with page width. But without seeing it, I'm not sure.

Normally you would receive a warning message if that were the case. Check your page size, your margins, and then the size of the access report area. It is easy to, as you move controls around, to extend the right size of the report accidentally.

You know what - I did get a message like that the other day so I decreased the page margins from 1" to 0.5"...I'll try playing with that.

Thanks!

Sandy

That was the problem!

I did extend the right size of the report...put it back where it's supposed to be.

Thanks again Matthew!
